I can attest - this hack makes the creamiest, restaurant-quality ramen at home in less than 10 mins! The trick is to use Buldak ramen (carbonara flavor) and add some kewpie mayo and an egg yolk. Garnish with chopped scallions and chili oil and enjoy! - 1 package Buldak ramen (I used carbonara flavor) - 1-2 Tbsp Kewpie mayo - 1 egg yolk - Chopped scallions - Chili oil 1. Cook ramen following instructions on package 2. Add Buldak seasoning to a bowl, kewpie mayo, 1 egg yolk and mix well. Add hot noodle water to loosen the mixture. 3.
