I used Butterick patterns on the whole to make both the skirt and the blouse, though I changes out the sleeves and used a pattern from the Truly Victorian sleeve set pattern (leg-o-mutton). Because the hem of this skirt is curved and my lace trim was stubbornly straight, I had to hand stitch down all the lace, working with tiny tucks and pulls and make it curve along the hem.
