A quick fruit pudding for one made with blueberries, cinnamon and oat's crumble topping. Blueberry crumble for one made in the microwave using gluten free flour. Suitable for Low FODMAP and gluten free diet, but can be also made with a regular - plain or cake flour.

But in case you are, try this protein blueberry crumble!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries 
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 scoop @dymatize iso 100 cocoa pebbles protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- pinch of salt 
- 1-2 tbsp water (until you get a crumble consistency)

Directions: 
- Add blueberries, cornstarch, lemon juice to a microwave safe bowl, stir together
- Microwave for 1 minute
- In a separate bowl, combine oats, protein, cinnamon, honey, and salt.
- Add small splashes of water until you get a crumble consistency (should be 1-2 tbsp)
- Add crumble to the top of blueberries and microwave an additional minute
- Add 1 tbsp of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinn Dymatize Iso 100, Macro Ideas, Bariatric Desserts, High Protein Oatmeal, Cocoa Pebbles, Protein Blueberry, Healthy Protein Breakfast, Oats Protein, Protein Oats

This is the perfect breakfast or snack to make when you want something sweet! It’s sooo delicious and easy to make.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries 🫐 (I use frozen)
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp lemon 🍋 juice
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 serving vanilla vegan protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- pinch of salt🧂
- 1-2 tbsp water💦

How to:
- Add the blueberries🫐, cornstarch and lemon 🍋 juice to a microwave safe bowl and stir together
- Microwave for 1 minute
- In a second bowl combine oats, protein powder, cinnamon, honey and salt🧂. Add a splash of water 💦 at a time until you have a crumble texture.
- Add on top of the blueberries 🫐 then microwave for 1 more minute.
