To make these healthier caramel apple pops, I slice the apple, added a popsicle stick, dipped in my homemade date caramel, then dipped in dark chocolate, added toppings, placed in the fridge to harden, and enjoyed!

🍎 Healthier Caramel Apple Pops 🍎
(makes 4-6 pops)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1 cup dark chocolate, melted
- toppings: natural sprinkles, chopped nuts, pretzel pieces, dried fruit, coconut flakes, etc

✨Apple Pops✨
Ingredients:
🍎 1 large apple
🍎 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
🍎 favorite toppings: nut butter, caramel sauce, sprinkles, dried fruit, granola, chopped nuts, etc
🍎 6 popsicle sticks
Directions:
1. Slice 2-3 slices to the left and right of the stem (they should be about 1/2 in wide so the popsicle stick can go through without breaking the slice).
2. Use a knife to make a small slit at the bottom of each slice. Then insert a popsicle stick through the slit.
