I hand-stitched this felt flower cuff bracelet out of two layers of felt, with a ribbon sandwiched in between. Designed for an adult wrist, but the ribbon is long enough that it could also be worn as a child's headband. Made out of embroidery floss, recycled felt, sequins, thread, and ribbon.
