These are full body moves that call on your core and get your heart rate up a bit.

➡️How to: Perform each move for 45 seconds, rest/transition for 15 seconds (or as needed!). One time through = 1 round, do 1-3 rounds. Remember to use your breath and brace the core throughout each exercise, but don’t hold your breath. It is NEVER the wrong time or too late after childbirth to learn proper breathing. EVERYONE should learn this.
