	•	40ml whipping cream
	•	1 tsp vanilla extract
	•	1 tbsp icing sugar
	•	1 tsp Lotus spread

Decoration:

	•	Melted Lotus spread
	•	1 Lotus biscuit

Instructions:

	1.	Base: Crush biscuits, mix with butter, and press into a dish.
	2.	Cream: Whisk cream cheese, cream, vanilla, icing sugar, and Lotus spread until stiff peaks form. Spread over the base.
	3.	Decorate: Drizzle melted Lotus spread and add a biscuit on top.
	4.	Chill: Refrigerate for 1 hour.
