Here's how you can naturally sweeten your oats AND add extra volume to it. The trick? Grate an apple and cook it in with your oats! While I don't think this needs an exact recipe, below are the measurements I used. 
NOTE: As long as you use a 1:2 ratio of oats to liquid, it'll work! I prefer half milk half water so I go by 1:1:1 for all 3.
