When I started to delay my coffee or caffeine in the morning and get in some nourishment, I noticed my energy crashes diminishing, my cravings decrease, and so much more.  This can be of help with our cortisol awakening response and with our cortisol diurnal rhythm. This means better sleep, energy throughout the day, and regulated cortisol.  Here’s are two of my morning mocktails:  ☕️ HOT CACAO ▫️ 6-8 ounces of warm water or choice milk ▫️ 1 tablespoon Cacao ▫️ 1/8 - 1 teaspoon Pure maple syrup Optional: ▫️ 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon ▫️ Choice whipped cream like coconut or almond  🍯 GOLDEN MILK: ▫️1 cup Morning Cortisol Cocktail, Morning Mocktail Recipe, Cortisol Cocktail Morning, Morning Cortisol Drink, Cortisol Drink Recipe, Cortisol Coffee, Cortisol Mocktail Recipe, Cortisol Drink, Cortisol Mocktail
