Ingredients: makes ~14 cupcakes 
(wet)
* 2 bananas 
* 3 eggs (or 1/2 cup egg white/egg beaters)
* 1 container of ratio protein vanilla yogurt (or 1/2 cup of greek yogurt)
* 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce (oil) 
* 2 tbsp maple syrup 
* 1 tsp vanilla extract 
* 2 cups raw spinach (frozen or fresh)
(dry)
* 1 cup rolled oats
* 1/4 cup flour 
* 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (roughly 1/2 cup—i used premier protein powder) 
* 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 tap baking powder 
* 1/4 tsp baking soda 
* optional: 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips 
instructions: 
* preheat oven to 350F 
* line a cupcake tin with liners and grease with cooking spray

These protein peanut butter cups are so easy and seriously delicious 🤤 . 1 cup all natural peanut butter 2 scoops vanilla protein ( I used my vegan ) 6 tbsp honey. Mix all together in a bowl and then evenly distribute into a muffin tin (push down to flatten) . Add 1 cup dark chocolate chips, add 2 Tbsp coconut oil and microwave for 2 mins (stop and mix every 20 seconds until melted) .
