ecuadorian architect sebastián mora has transformed an old flower warehouse into 'casa galpón', a country family residence in azuay, ecuador.

A 19th century factory in Geneva, New York, is both home and workshop for furniture designers Amy and Brandon Phillips. Purchased in 2007 for $137,000, they've worked steadily ever since at turning it into the fascinating industrial chic space you see here. More here on Dwell.
