Neer Dosa, a soft, think crepe made with rice batter. Unlike conventional dosa batter which uses urad dal along with idli/parboiled rice, this Neer dosa is made only with raw rice. wash 2-3 times and soak 6-8 hours -
1/2 cup chickpeas (kabuli chana)
1/2 cup idli rice (parboiled rice)
1/2 teaspoon methi seeds

Grind with 2-3red chilies & 1 teaspoon cumin (jeera)
to a thick, smooth batter
Add salt & ferment for 8 hours/ overnight.
Add a little water if needed & make dosa using oil/ ghee
Cook well on both sides
Enjoy with chutney or sambar of choice!

Palak Moong Dosa!!! “Green Goodness”

I have also named this healthy Dosa as “Green Goodness” because it has health benefits of both Spinach and Moong daal. This dosa is both protein & fiber rich. Specially to kids you can give this green dosa and they won’t even know what’s its made of 😃😃. 
This dosa recipe doesn’t need any fermentation. Just soak green moong daal 1 hr before & rest just grind all the ingredients.

Recipe:

1. Soak 1 cup split moong daal for 1 Hr. 
2. In grinder, add soaked daal, spinach - 1 cup & leftover rice - 1/2 cup
3. Also add ginger, garlic, green chillies
4. Salt - 1 tsp
