Beetroot Tadka Sandwich Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup hung curd 1 medium-sized beetroot, boiled and grated 1 small onion, finely chopped 1 green chili, finely chopped Fresh coriander, chopped Salt to taste Black pepper to taste Red chili powder to taste Chaat masala to taste Bread slices Oil for cooking Mustard seeds Curry leaves (Kadi Patta) Instructions: In a bowl, combine hung curd, grated beetroot, chopped onion, green chili, & fresh coriander. Season the mixture with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, & chaat masala. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. Take a bread slice & generously spread the beetroot mixture on one side. Place another bread slice on top to make a sandwich. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds & curry leaves.
