If you’re not a huge fan of chicken and you get the chicken ick easily, like myself, this might be a recipe for you to try out! 50grams of protein per pizza???? Heck yes I’m in. INGREDIENTS - 1 can canned chicken 1 egg 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp red chili flakes salt + black pepper 1 1/2 cups prepared caesar salad DIRECTIONS - 1) Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2) Combine the canned chicken, egg, Parmesan, and spices in a large bowl. Mix it until everything’s nicely blended together. 3) Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking sheet, pressing it into a thin, even layer in the shape of a pizza base. 4) Pop it in the oven for about 28-35 minutes, or until it’s golden brown and crispy. Let it cool slightly before adding your toppings. 5) Toss the greens in Caesar dressing until they’re well-coated. Add a bit of Parmesan and toss again. 6) Top your crispy chicken crust with the salad mixture.
