5min · 4 servings Ingredients • 24 ounces marinara sauce • 12 ounces pasta, uncooked • 16 ounces ground Italian sausage • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth (or water) • 1 tablespoon oil • 1/2 cup onion, diced • 1 bell pepper, diced • 1 garlic clove, minced • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning • Pinch of salt & pepper Instructions: Set Instant Pot to the high sauté setting. Heat oil. Add ground sausage, onion, and bell pepper and cook approx 3-5 minutes until the meat is browned. Crumble the meat as it cooks. Add garlic and cook an additional minute. Drain fat from the pressure cooker if needed. Add salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in broth (or water) and deglaze the bottom by scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the pot with a wooden spoon. Add the uncooked pasta an
