Then bake as usual. You can use this trick with brownie mix too - follow the instructions on the box with regards to eggs and milk/water but instead of adding oil use Greek yogurt instead. Here’s the math: If you do it the regular way a full batch looks like this 10 servings of mix at 160 calories each is 1,600 calories 3 eggs = 216 calories 1/2 cup vegetable oil = 960 calories My way looks like this 10 servings of mix at 160 calories each is 1,600 calories 3 eggs = 216 calor
