All module projects are called "module-foo". So I think it makes sense to name all demo/test projects "module-foo-tests", so that in an alphabetical list, they appear right after the module to which they belong.

As pointed out in Codeception/symfony-module-tests#3 (comment), this changes would need to be reflected in GitHub's CI workflow.
