What does this PR do?

This PR updates the Telegram app configuration to ensure the app store URL for Telegram is set to the official Telegram website. Previously, the URL was incorrectly set to cal.com and is now changed to telegram.org.

Walkthrough

The change updates the URL and email fields in the Telegram app configuration file (packages/app-store/telegram/config.json) from "https://cal.com/" and "support@cal.com" to "https://telegram.org/" and "info@telegram.org" respectively. Additionally, the "variant" field was changed from "messaging" to "conferencing" and the "categories" array was updated from ["messaging"] to ["conferencing"]. No other fields, logic, or files were modified as part of this change.

Estimated code review effort

Assessment against linked issues

Objective Addressed Explanation
Add Telegram calling location (simply as discord is right now, that's all) (#22885) Only the URL, email, variant, and categories in the config were changed; no calling location was added.

Assessment against linked issues: Out-of-scope changes

Code Change Explanation
Update of the URL, email, variant, and categories fields in Telegram config (packages/app-store/telegram/config.json) The linked issue requests adding a Telegram calling location, not changing the app config URL, email, variant, or categories.

7-7: Correct target URL for Telegram app

The app URL now points to the official Telegram site. This aligns with the PR objective and looks good.
