These commands also supported using numbers to represent teams, since there are 256 possible teams, but only the first 6 have their own symbols.

The type of config was narrowed to `symbol | BasicBuilding` and the parameter description was updated to inform about its behavior in each case
Reflects changes to the game that now make `@time` be the number of milliseconds that passed since the map started
This allows us to use a module declaration for mlogjs:world, without needing to rely on the generated tsconfig to do that

Adds support for instructions that will be released on the game's build version 147, as well as updating existing declarations.
