This PR moves MotherDuck connector from "Add a Source" section to "Connect to an OLAP engine" section.

Closes https://linear.app/rilldata/issue/APP-261/move-motherduck-from-the-source-section-to-the-connect-an-olap-engine and https://linear.app/rilldata/issue/ENG-868/motherduck
