What does this PR do? What is the motivation?

Motivation: customer support issue

  1. Creates a tab window separating install steps for Windows and Linux.
  2. Updates the instructions for Windows
  • Users must modify the agent config folder before publishing to blob storage.
  • Added a step for generating a hash sha256 checksum
  1. Updates the instructions for Linux
  • Added the command to zip the agent configuration folder
  • Added the command for generating a hash sha256 checksum

Thanks for adding this! Looks good--only blocking change is that the links are broken. Note that reference links need to exist inside of tabs to function. I left a few suggestions that should fix this.

Thanks! Looks good. The links needed an extra space to between the content and reference links to render. Pushed a quick commit to fix this. Thanks!
