Issue description
The latest docs update adds some features for VB 16 but not everything, Core 3.0 WinForms details need adding, it still refers to 15.8 even though there is no such thing and you can't set language version to 15.8, the 15.8 feature listed here is part of a minor update and is included in VB 16.0 as a nonbreaking performance improvement. Also there is another new visible feature in VB 16.0 UnconstrainedTypeParameterInConditional and it does not appear documented anywhere.
