I'd like to update the ranges for the vulnerability.

  1. Maintainer claimed there was a mistake in the original posting:
Folks coming here for CVE-2023-32731: An error was made in the original CVE text; this change introduced the bug.
The fix is at #33005.

XWwalker: Thanks! Is CVE-2023-32732 also fixed by #33005?
XWwalker: One more question, does this PR #32309 introduce CVE-2023-32731 and CVE-2023-32732?

  1. The commit first introduced in version 1.53.0: grpc/grpc@29d8bee

  2. nvd ranges state from 1.53.0 and fixed on 1.56.0
    This was fixed on 1.56.0 and then backported to other versions
