Not a particular problem. It is more an observation and an enhancement that could be encapsulated within the action itself. With the markdown file I upload as an artifact and also cat it out to the workflow summary.

Could look at a simple flag to output as a summary within the action itself

Describe alternatives you've considered

Again, its not a big deal as I do it in the workflow. I just wanted to raise it here and see if it's beneficial.
