Feedback

Please elaborate for beginners the difference between "!include X" and "customize: !include X".

Specifically:

The subject document includes this code example:
customize: !include customize.yaml

The following text states:

Also note that seemingly strange entry under customize:.

But "customize:" is not hyperlinked nor mentioned ever again. I found this page specifically because I wish to split my giant configuration.yaml file. Surely using customize: to include files does something different?

Q: How do you keep a noob in suspense?
A: I'll tell you in an page not linked to this one.

Attempting to Google "home assistant customize:" leads to many false starts. If you try Bing, you will get an earnest if not loving suggestion for icons to use in automation.

Notwithstanding my my joking tone, I greatly respect the author of the document, not to mention all of the Home Assistant creators. Someday I hope I can contribute to the effort! [You've already guessed, new user, first post.]
