In Windows 11 "VMware® Workstation 17 Pro" "17.6.4 build-24832109", I had a different interface:

REPLACE

Select Configure Adapters.
Make sure all virtual adapters and Bluetooth devices are deselected.
Select your host network adapter. Most likely, this is one of the first 2 checkboxes in the list:

Select the one for Ethernet.
The exact names of these adapters depend on your hardware.

Select Edit -> Virtual Network Editor... from the menu within VMware Workstation.
You may see a windows administrative access prompt.
Change The "VMnet Information" "Bridged to:" to only be a single network interface that has Internet access.
