Yaml editor has been improved to pull the values.yaml from the helm chart as well as apply the base yaml from genestack and pull in the overrides file. Then save changes to overrides file

I added a file located in genestack root. This file containes all of the helm chart versions in use. I updated all of the install scripts to use the file to install the correct version of the helm chart. I updated the bootstrap script to copy the file to the /etc/genestack directory. I updated the yaml editor to also use the file to pull the values from the versioned helm chart. I removed the reference to nginx from the gateway api docs and removed the install script for nginx
