Before the rekorv2 instances were listed in staging signingconfig we had to have some local hacks to test: now these hacks are just a source of issues. Use staging as is for these tests: this means the actual signing instance/shard can change but that is fine and expected Signed-off-by: Jussi Kukkonen <jkukkonen@google.com>
