If states of createGlobalState will be available to all of Vue instances. What is the point of using createInjectionState, when you have to provide & inject to specific components. (Obviously, in case that you don't want to expose some of the global states to some components.)

What are the pros and cons? Does it hurt performance?

P/S: I'm generally kinda new to Vue.
