oh my, its already JUNE!
well hello there! i have been quite busy for this couple of months with training, birthday parties, video making, business, studies. and thats a lot. i dont even know where to begin. *updates*
okay, let me remind myself from my 2013 resolution. remember this?
"The key for Chinese 2013 horoscope for Rabbit is to think carefully about whatever decisions you're making. Don't rush into anything, and always make sure that you're doing what you're doing for the right reasons. That said, don't let this paralyze you. Your goal for the 2013 year of the black Snake should be to find balance. Find the balance between love and work, and find the balance between over-thinking things too much and not thinking them through enough."
it didnt cross my mind at all but now after 5 months, it all somehow became true, and it really makes sense! *aisha muhammads a series of unfortunate events*
last month, i started training for track events particularly sprinting; for the upcoming 2 championships. but unfortunately i missed the first championship because i havent got back from amsterdam. luckily, i managed to participate for the next championship, and won gold. hooray!
the surprise: last 2 months, ika and i, we occasionally jogged at the stadium. #fun #fitness # beskinny # gottohaveskinnylegs. suddenly came this particular day; we jogged at the track field, while looking at other joggers you can tell whos who determined to lose (weight) or to win (gold). somewhere between the warm evening sun rays there was a ray of hope for ika to participate for sports event which i doubt there will not be any for this year. while ika was between the sun rays i was caught up between the clouds reminiscing the glory days of sprinting. and so after ten laps of jogging, i felt like doing sprint and so we sprint 100m. and thats where a coach who was training other runners at that time saw me and took me to join the team. blimey! cant believe myself and my potential! and so the journey towards becoming a true sprinter began....... and with intensive 2 hour/three times a week strenuous training session, i am what i am today. (motivation words i supposed. haha)
coach says im still in training till next year to prepare me for the upcoming championships and who knows if i am really good i can represent alexandria. *shocked with mouth wide open* its like im representing selangor!

my coach posted this song to keep me and the rest of the team motivated.
