3 most important things that are on our mind during Ramadan

I think bulan ramadan adalah bulan yg paling tidak productive dalam pekerjaan. Ur weak, ur lazy and theres these 3 things that occupied our mind.

1. FOOD!
admit it. u think about it when u step into the office. ye la, slalu breakfast dulu sejam seblom keje. pastu lunch time plak. adoi. krong krong perut anda kan. when that happen, what do you do? u usually stare at the makanan2 yg lazat di kalendar dan di internet. godaan~

2. SLEEP DURING LUNCH TIME
da la lapa. ngantok plak tu. mmg saat lunch time mmg dinantikan, siap da cop spot kat surau pakai bantal lagi. hehehe

3. BALEK AWAL
lepas tido kat surau, bukan sambung keje.. tp layan youtube n facebook sambil tgk jam and wishing "cepat la pukul 4, cepat la pukul 4". itu la kelebihan bulan puasa. the perks of bulan puasa adalah bole balek awal. tp bg aku xde maknanya. tetap jem kat jalan. sebab bukan kita sorang je balek awal. sumer pon balek awal. tapi sonok dpt bukak pose kat umah ngan famili.

so itu la life ketika di ofis ketika berpuasa. mmg keje x jalan

Farewell Tuan Haji~

It was his final day as our boss at KL Monorail. And we took him out on a farewell lunch at Chili's MidValley.

Tuan Haji Zulkifli was the Head of Marketing and Business Development. He was the one who interviewed me. He was also the one who made me cut my hair. Argh. Benci time tu. He was a great boss in motivating his staff to achieve company's goal. A person like me needs a person like him to keep me going. Or else I just ends up MC-ing.

Prior to that day, Nura and I went to Garden to pick out a suitable parting gift for Tuan Haji. And we decided to go with the nicely packaged belt, wallet and card holder from Bonia. Since the outlook was so grand, it would be a shame if we balut it using the cheap parkson's wrapping paper. So we just bought a paper bag to go with it.

On that day all 6 of us (yes, there's only 6 person in my department) have a great meal. Extravagant ones I might add. Kompeni yang bayar! I followed Zirot’s tactic of picking out what to eat from the menu based on the price rather than what we originally what to eat or what we can afford. My meal cost about RM49. Can’t remember what it is. It’s something like steak. And it was yummy indeed. On top of that we also have a feast of appetizer and desert like kings & queens!

We, surprisingly had a delightful conversation. For those who are not aware, there have been some tensions in this department whereby the boss and the kuli-cutives are not on the same wavelength. But on that day, we chatted, we laughed and we put our differences behind us for the sake of Tuan Haji.

It was a bitter-sweet day. It was sad to see him go, but on the bright side, his departure meant that we as a department are working together better than ever. I wish Tuan Haji all the best in his future endeavor.

p/s: note to self: haji da takde, nk rambut panjang balek lah!

Saket Gigi

Manade saket sebenarnye. Tapi gigi aku ni lobang lagi. Ekceli, tempat tampal dulu tu terbukak balek. Yang peliknya langsung tak rasa saket. So aku gi la cek doktor nak soh tampal balek.

Rupa-rupanya gigi aku da mati. Urat da mati. Wah. Kene wat rawatan menatang ape jadah tah. Yang penting. Mahal yer. RM800. Matilah. Kompeni aku kasik claim RM300 je. Melabur la 500. Takpe la. Untuk kesejahteraan masa akan datang. Ada 3 kali treatment. Da siap 2. Ada lagi sekali appointment.

pada sapa yang tak tahu mana william tu, pegi bunuh diri je la. ari rabu lepas kengkawan opis lama aku ajak lepak kat william.. aku pon da lama janji ngan derang so aku setuju je la. tp yang tak besnye nk jumpa time lepas keje. taw je la jem nyer camne klu nk pegi ke kelana jaya tu dr kl ni ha..

tp berkat kesabaran dan keberanian aku, aku dgn selambanya balek kol 5. (walaupon office hour sampai kol 6). tp takpe. feeling hebat. dgn cergasnye aku bergegas ke kelana jaya. terus naek npe. tak jem :) sebab org belom kuar office lagi.

sampai je kat sana. derang sumer tak sampai lagi. camne ni. aku dr kl pon da sampai derang keje kat subang pon tak sampai2 lagi... oh lupe. derang balek kol 6. on time. ekekeeke...

memula plan, faiez join skali. sebab dia yang jadi organizer. tp last2 minit dia tak jadi plak. so tinggal la 6 lelaki ini saja.

yang datang untuk menikmati hidangan william pada hari tersebut.

lama lah kitorang lepak kat william tu. dr terang sampai ke gelap. dlm kol 10 baru balek. hahaha. bayangkan la. banyak nyer topik yg diborakkan. maklum ler. bukan slalu jumpa pon.

yg penting, aku tak bole lupe topik lutut! ape tu lutut. biarlah kami saja yang mengetahuinya. yg penting, aku enjoy gile aritu. tak sabar nak maen badminton sekali......KATANYA!

oh. sorang lagi jejaka idaman aritu. LOKE. time kasih jadi potografer aritu. yang penting, balek tu ko pegi mabok kan... baeklah!
