21. Diamonds And Rust (extended version)

Debut album by Stormtroopers Of Death, a crossover project featuring Scott Ian and Charlie Benante of Anthrax, Dan Lilker of Nuclear Assault and punk vocalist/lyricist Billy Milano. They blended the distortion and riffage of metal with the blazing speed, frenetic energy and gotohell attitude of hardcore punk. The lyrics on the album aren't meant to be taken seriously and for the most part they are pretty funny.

Artillery - Fear Of Tommorow

Genre: Thrash/Speed
Country: Denmark
Year: 1985

1. Time Has Come
2. The Almighty
3. Show Your Hate
4. King Thy Name Is Slayer
5. Out Of The Sky
6. Into The Universe
7. The Eternal War
8. Fear Of Tomorrow
9. Deeds Of Darkness

Debut album by Artillery. It sounds a little rough when compared to the band's later releases, but it is already a solid representation of their customary style. One of the most distinguishable features in the typical Artillery sound was the dramatic, relatively high-pitched vocals of Flemming Ronsdorf who was not quite your stereotypical shouter.

Strikelight - Taste My Attack

Genre: Heavy/NWOBHM
Country: Greece
Year: 2011

1. Awakening (Instrumental)
2. Taste My Attack
3. Heavy Metal Strike
4. Youthful Fire
5. Dead For You
6. Evil’s Decay
7. My Living Hell
8. Hellbiker’s Tale
9. Asmodeus’ Rage

2nd album by Strikelight. Old school heavy metal with major NWOBHM influences and a voice that seems to be stuck in the '80s. Killer guitar riffs, nice galloping drums accompanied with an old school bass attitude. With no modern influences at all and songs that sometimes reach the level of epicness, the band pays tribute to pure heavy metal.

2nd album by Igzordium, an one-man band that mixes all the influences from thrash to death to black metal. 10 tracks of 38 minutes, that flow perfectly smooth without making you bored at all. The guy behind Igzordium uses harsh black vocals, clean ones and even a guest female singer. The whole effort is very interesting, with nice production and catchy songwritting.
