Paige and Robert were able to go to the Daddy/Daughter dance at her school. It was a Western dance so we borrowed sweet AnnaBelle's boots and sent her on her way. They had a blast! She loves that time with her dad. Robert also had a dance at his school that was Western themed so he took Paige and Jefferson to it since Landon had his Frog and Toad play that night.
We have been loving the warmer weather. We have a park up the hill by the fire station that we love to walk to. It's an awesome workout for mom (especially pushing a stroller or pulling a wagon up the hill) and the kids love to play at the park. On our way home my kiddos were walking and holding hands. I LOVE how good they are to each other... most of the time. :)
We are currently looking for a new location for the preschool. I am unable to use the Arts Center again next year. We are hoping to find a home by next school year so I can do it in my home. We are really excited for what the future holds. I love teaching and am glad I have found something that will help me contribute to my family but not take me away too much at the same time.
I turned 31 yesterday. Just typing that feels weird. I don't feel 31. I'm not actually sure what I feel... I just remember looking at people in their 30's and feeling like it was so far away. 30's are the new 20's, or so I hear. I think I will try to embrace it and let things just get better and better with each year. :)

Better Late than Never
I really miss Blogging!! I was just looking through pictures with Landon and we were cracking up at some old pictures. I haven't put new pictures on here for about 3 years. It is a great scrapbook and journal for my family so I am going to try to keep up with it again!!
We are still living in Lehi with my parents. Some day (possibly within the next 6 months) we will be finding our own place. Excited to have our own space, but so incredibly grateful for my parents willingness to allow us to be here so long. They have been great to live with.
I don't know why it didn't save it the right way, but this is Robert on his first day as a teacher of his very own 5th grade classroom!! He LOVES it!! In my opinion he was made to be a teacher. He's amazing and I think everyone around him can see that. We are hoping he will be able to stay at the school he is at. He is currently an intern so his job next year isn't guaranteed but we are hoping for the best.
Paige is in 2nd grade and having a blast. She amazes me at how fast she picks up on everything. She so sweet and constantly wants to make others happy and wants to choose the right. She is such an amazing help to me and I don't know what I would do without her. She reminds us constantly to make sure we are choosing the right too. :)
Landon is in preschool for the final year. He turned 5 early in the year so he is ready to move on to the next step but is happy to be my little buddy while I teach preschool and he also attends another preschool. It's so fun to see him start learning to blend letters or figure out how to spell a word just by knowing the letter sounds. He is a little smarty pants. He's a cuddle bug and loves to give loves! :) He's got an incredibly adorable laugh and is such a happy kid.
Jefferson is our busy body. He loves to run everywhere he goes. When I threaten to carry him he says, "I will just walk. OK mom?" He is hilarious and always cracks everyone up. He adores his daddy! I think his middle name Andrew and the fact that he shares a bday with Andrew Lloyd Weber is no accident. He is going to me our little actor!! Love this kid!
I love being the mommy to the crazy and cute kiddos!! They make me smile a lot. They also make me feel crazy at times but mostly smile! :) They play really well together when it's just the 3 of them. I love to see how they interact and take care of each other. I'm grateful that Robert is the one I get to take care of them with. He's an amazing Daddy!
Ok. There's my catch up blog!! Now to remember to keep up with it!! I think I can, I think I can!!

I can't believe it has almost been a year since I last posted. I haven't even been on long enough to read other posts and see what everyone is up to. The last two years have felt like a whirlwind. But we have had so much fun watching our little family grow. They are getting so fun.
Paige is becoming such a sweet and smart girl. She will be baptized in less than 5 months!! She is such a good big sister for her two little brothers!
Landon is our cool kid. He always has to have the cool clothes on, has to be doing the cool things, and he is his moms shadow. He loves to go where ever I go even if it means just sitting in the car while I drive carpool around. He learned how to ride his 2-wheeler and is on it every chance he gets. It's only May and he is already very tan!!
Jefferson is our busy body. We have to lock doors to make sure we don't find him down the road. He is always cracking us up and he loves and audience!! He has Grandma and Grandpa wrapped around his finger and he loves it. He says hi to every Grandpa he sees!
Robert is almost done with school!!! Well this part anyway. :) He has an internship in the fall and will have his own 5th grade classroom. We are so EXCITED!! He can't wait to get out from behind his 1-800-contacts desk and in to the class room. He amazes me every semester with his outstanding grades. I don't think he has gotten below an A- through out all of college. His teachers love him, but that's no surprise to me!
As for me, I am almost done with teaching my first year of preschool. I LOVE IT!! The kids are so sweet and fun, I have truly loved watching them grown and learn this year. It's had it's highs and lows but overall I am so excited to start my second year now that I have more experience under my belt and lesson plans all set. It has been such an amazing experience and I am so glad that it's what I get to do to help my family. It's more like I'm just playing to help my family. :) We are just thrilled that we will all be on the same schedule.

Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat

If you haven't come to see Lehi Arts Councils "Joseph" you need to make time to do it. You only have 3 chances left! Robert did a fantastic job directing this. He had an amazing team, the choreographers are AMAZING! and the musical director, my sister, did a fantastic job. The set and costumes are fantastic!! But don't take my word for it...
Check out these blogs that have reviewed our show!!

Finally . . . An Update!
I was going through old posts the other day and being reminded of fun cute things my kids did and I don't want to forget the things they do so I need to stay up to date on my blog so I have all of these fun memories down!
Sorry about the photos! Our computer is just Roberts Mac laptop right now and I don't think there are any programs to fix pictures. I want my old one back!!
One thing about this little guy that makes me crazy is that he is SO PICKY!! He has to wear certain things. Its usually the same basketball outfits everyday! It's a fight to get him to wear anything else. He also refuses to wear socks! His running shoes stink so bad and I put socks on him (which requires some wrestling moves) but then he goes and hides to take them off!
He had 4 cavities! (so did Paige!) I was terrified about taking him to the dentist because when he doesn't want something to happen there is pretty much nothing that can make it happen. So he refused to get in the chair so we started to leave until he heard the idea of them putting silver stars in his teeth that everyone will see when he makes a basket at basketball when he smiles. Then he was pretty good but had a hard time keeping his mouth open. Although the dentist was kind of impatient with him so I was ok that he kept bitting him! :)
Aren't they so sweet?!? They are best buds, these 3!! I love seeing them play together and stick up for each other. And I know it wont always be like this so I think I'll sit back and enjoy it while it lasts!
Oh yeah, lets not forget the one that threatens to take my seat at the biggest drama queen! haha just kidding!! She is getting so big and smart. She is an awesome reader and loves doing math. Especially when her daddy learns a teaching technique in his math class and tries it out on her! She is one smart cookie! :) She is always curious about everything. I love seeing how she is always very concerned about doing the right thing. She is a blessing! Despite the fact that she is our first and was destined to be ruined she has turned out great!! She is a collector of everything! We do need to get a handle on this or she will be on Hoarders 2029!
She had 4 cavities as I mentioned but she was extremely brave. She sat down and didn't cry or complain. She talked her brother through it and kept trying to say things that would calm his mind. She is such a sweet sister!
Robert has been accepted into the teaching program at UVU. This required him to take a figure print test. He passed! (phew!)He will start that this next fall after he takes 2 more classes this summer. He is loving it!! I can't wait for him to become a teacher, he's going to be amazing!
I am going to start up my own preschool! Sweet Peas Preschool! I am really excited. A little freaked out by the idea of being a working mom. But glad that I can take my kids with me and hopefully they will love it as much as I know I will!
