Dawsyn all ready for school. She was so excited, and I was soooo nervous! But she did great! She is so timid and tender-hearted, we talked and prepared her for other kids to cry when their parents left. She seems so grown up now. It's just not fair.

At home with Cutler Cole!
We just love our sweet little boy. He has been such a great baby. In his first week, he was sleeping 5 hours at night. I can deal with that!

These next two are pictures Dawsyn took. I take what photographer I can get!

Cutler Cole Douglas
We are so excited to have Cutler finally here! The summer went fast, we stayed busy, but a pregnancy never goes fast. We are so happy he is here and healthy!

8 lbs. 2 oz. 19.5 inches long

What a precious moment, a mother can never forget the first time holding her babies!
I spent most of the day sick, just like I did with Dawsyn (only worse). They ended up giving me 5 different kinds of anti-nausea medication. I was still sick that evening. NO FUN.

Proud Daddy and his boy!

Balloon from Dawsyn.

Cutler was a little jaundice and stayed on the lights for the two and a half days we were in the hospital. He also lost a full pound.

Not quite sure what to think.....

Okay - he is pretty cute!

First visit with Grandpa and Grandma T.
Visiting with Grandma Gin and Daws.

Cabin
We never get to spend as much time at the cabin as we would like to, but love every second that we get up there.
Dawsyn and her best friend, Neo!
Neo is absolutely THE best dog ever, and Dawsyn loves him with all her heart. I really think that if we would allow her, she would either sleep in the kennel with him or bring him into sleep with her. Cole doesn't believe me, but one evening Daws and I had Neo out playing ball. It was a little chilly out and I said to Neo,"Come cuddle with us." No kidding, he came over, laid down and scooted his body as close to Dawsyn and I as he could. Not only did he do this once, but TWICE! We love him, and we love that he helps keep out Daddy safe!

Summer 2011
I know, I know, its been a while. I will start with this and then onto the most recent and most exciting of our summer 2011!
We planted a garden this year. I wish I could say that it did awesome, but I can't. We did enjoy some squash and zucchini a FEW peas, tomatoes and beans. The 5 (out of a whole package) carrots are still in the ground. The only thing that grew amazingly was the radishes and we did enjoy them! It has been fun for Dawsyn to pick things, even when they weren't quite ready. Oh well!
We had a couple of opportunities to to head up to Charmian's for missionary homecomings. Yeah, Austin and Bennett came home. We had a great time with everyone up there. Swimming at the hotel is always a highlight and we went to the zoo with Madi. Dawsyn is always in seventh heaven when Madi is around.
