My Summer Color

Why I look chubby here? :(

What I Wore:
Sheer Top - Gmall Dept. Store | Black Shorts - Thrifted | Statement Necklace - Love Diva | Bangles and Ring - TomLiz | Brown Suede Wedge - SM Parisian Shoes

I've been meaning to wear this long sleeve sheer top bought last February but just got a chance to wear it while going to Gensan! Oooppsss, the wedge is just for props (can't go out of town with that shoes) I actually wore slippers. :) This blush pink/salmon pink color sheer top is one of my summer color along with the teal, and coral (subs with neons and pastels).

Summer is a perfect way to play with colors and prints. It's an excuse where you can put all the colors with out hesitating but of course it should compliment to each other. And, yeah, color blocking would be so much fun to do with. Find a perfect color that could blend to each other and you are good to go. Since it is summer,  perfect to wear light clothes and shorts. Give a break to your knits and leather for now! ;)

What's your summer color? ;)

DIY: Round Up

I got my DIY inspiration here from A Pair and A Spare Fishtail Skirt.
I saw this pleated skirt from my Mama's Closet (she was wearing it way back her mid 20's) and my mind wander. Literally. I can't wait to get a scissor and start cutting the fabric. LOL

Materials Needed:
Skirt (recommended thrifted one or unused)
Scissors
Needele and Thread
Pencil/Chalk
Your creative hand and mind ;)

For the tutorial you can check A Pair and A Spare post ;)

Below is my finished product! :) VOILA! Love it. Though my Mama said I should have over cut the front :/

High-Low Skirt/Mullet skirt/Fishtail Skirt. :) It may not be perfect but I love my first try! Yaaay!

Here's another DIY I made. ;) Uhmm.. The shirt is big enough and boring to look so what I did was tweak it.

Cut the neck line to be more precise and made it to V-Neck for more sexier look (LOL). I also cut the end part of the shirt into parallel. High and Low, still, but you can't see it because I insert the half part!
