- Der Scheuren Stream ist ein Schmelzwasserfluss 1,5 km westlich des Gneiss Point an der Scott-Küste des ostantarktischen Viktorialands. Er fließt von der Front des Wilson-Piedmont-Gletschers in nördlicher Richtung zur Bay of Sails. Der Ingenieur Robert L. Nichols, der zwischen 1957 und 1958 im Auftrag der United States Navy in diesem Gebiet tätig war, benannte ihn nach seinem Chef, John Joseph Scheuren Jr. (1909–1995), Leiter des Ingenieurbüros Metcalf & Eddy aus Boston, Massachusetts. - Scheuren Stream (77°24′S 163°39′E / 77.400°S 163.650°E) is a meltwater stream 1 nautical mile (1.9 km) west of Gneiss Point on the coast of Victoria Land. It issues from the front of Wilson Piedmont Glacier and drains northward to the Bay of Sails. The stream was studied by Robert L. Nichols, geologist for Metcalf and Eddy, Engineers, Boston, MA, which made engineering studies here under contract to the U.S. Navy in 1957–58 season.
