Funny Girl.....

Today Cassie was "fixing" Callie's hair. After a while Callie decided she didn't want Cassie fixing her hair anymore, so she got up and moved. Cassie came over to me crying, telling me that Callie was being mean. I asked her if Callie was being mean because she wouldn't let her fix her hair anymore. In her sad voice she said yes. So I said ask Jana then. So Cassie turned to Jana and asked " Jana can I fix Callie's hair please?"

Today is my wonderful, amazing, loving, husband's (who is my BEST FRIEND) birthday. I don't know how I got so lucky, but I married the best best man ever. I LOVE YOU ALEX! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

A very nice nap!

Today I needed a nap! And it worked out beautifully to take one. On the way to pick Callie up from school, Cassie fell asleep. So when we got home, i put cassie in her bed. Then, I changed over the laundry, even folding and hanging up the stuff out out of the dryer and putting it away. That in its self is an accomplishment. I cleaned up a few thing. Then I let Callie play a game and I laid down on the couch. Of course soon after I did, Cassie woke up. Callie asked if she could get her up and I said ok. Them for the next little while Callie watched Cassie, playing with her and dressing her up in a new princess costume Cassie got for Christmas. It was so nice finishing my nap, while listening to them play so nicely. Cassie is very particular about who she will let do things for her. Callie is not usually someone she likes to help or play with her. Now I'm much happier and ready to tackle the rest of the day! Time to change the never ending laundry again!

New years resolutions.

How many of us make a new years resolution, stick with it for a few weeks and then forget about it. For me I do this every year. I would like to think that this year is different, but I guess we will have to wait and see. One of my goals this year is to wite more for my journal.. I have found that blogging has really help me with this. So this year my goal is to blog at least once a month. I hope to do this more often. But I just don't know if that will happen. So here is to a resolution I hopefully can keep!
