Amelias new phrase:  Did you see that?

Bikes

Alex got a new bike. 
Jeremy and Alex have been going on bike rides after dinner just about every night.  This made a little girl in our house intensely jealous that she couldn't join them.  Grandma and Papa found a little bike to suit Amelias personality and delivered it yesterday.  After dinner we went to the civic center parking lot.  Alex had crashed/tipped over the last time he and Jeremy rode and was a little hesistant about going too fast.  Amelia was causing Jeremy stress.  She pedaled that little bike as fast as she could then would lift her feet off the pedals and coast.

 

 

Henrys Woods

Sunday afternoon we walked the trails at Henrys Woods.  Alex ran most of the way until he tripped and slid across the forest floor.  Amelia alternated between running, being carried, and riding on shoulders.

Kindergarten!!!

 

 

 

My baby is in kindergarten!
His teacher is Mrs. Shatraw.
So far Alex is having a great time in school and is very excited to learn to read.  I get to drop him off at school each morning.  The first day of school Alex kept telling me that he knew what he was doing.  We are looking forward to see his academic growth this year.

Montreal

 

We took  day trip to Montreal. 
We walked up Mount Royal and treated ourselves to giant otter pops.
We went to the science center and later to the Star Wars interactive exhibit.

Summer Soccer

 

This summer Alex played soccer.
He had the same coach as he did for tee ball, Mark Gillis.

Girls Week 2012: NY bound

 

 

We drove like crazy to get to the perfect ending for our trip.
