Good Morning! factoid #356 about me: I LOVE watching the summer Olympics! I just finished setting up my recordings for events on the tv, set a reminder on my calendar for particular events, and have documented each days events on my phone. I try schedule very little the next 2weeks because from 7-11 every night, this girl will b in London going for the gold!!!
GO TEAM USA!!! (I can hear the music now...and it gives me goosebumps thinking about it!)

Summer Lovin...

we spent the last two weeks out west... And then I spent 4 more days at a church youth conference...

We surprised the boys with a plane ride (they thought we were driving there)

We went to lake Powell and explored canyons, wake boarded, rode the tube, cliff jumped, hiked, and slept under the stars...

We stayed in slc for a week and visited old friends, ate in and out burger, crown burger, cafe rio, and some great Mexican places...

And went up to Jackson Hole, WY and white water rafted in 55 degree water down the snake river and got dumped out into the craziest part of the rapids... Needless to say, it was so fun... WE DID IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

When someone asked if I was glad to b home... I had to think about it....
NOPE!!

It was nice not having cell phone coverage, laundry, and a schedule.... But climbing into my bed after 3weeka of being gone, was pretty magical!!

More beach...

Just Can't get enough, or stay away too long. This time we went with our buddies Christina and Shane and their sweet little girls Emme and AnnDavis...... I think carter may have a little crush!

Fingers crossed 4 Good luck!!

Lucas was up to bat last night in a close game. The other team had 5 runs and we had 4-- there were two outs and a full count-- Lucas was up to bat... Carter was so anxious watching his big brother that he crossed everything he could think of: fingers, legs, arms, and even tongue!!!
It must've worked because Lucas hit a line drive past short to bring the tying run in.
Then today we had a birthday party. Check out that waterside!! I've never seen one like that!!

It's rough being 4!!

The words... "there's a monster in my bed.." were very true this afternoon in our home.... Little man was sent to his room to rest and told not to come out.... This is how we found him.
