Kids Ready For Church

The kids were all ready for our 50 minute drive to church. We are in a branch of about 40 people, but at least we have a building to meet in.

Some things I want to remember...

Lincoln loves to help his little sister... get her a snack, a drink, put her shoes on, help her with her clothers. And when you tell him how helpful he is, he juts his chin out and says, "yup, I'm a lot of help". He really likes to play make believe. He looks like a giant to me when I go in to check on him when he's asleep.

Norah walks around talking constantly. She tells me every time we walk by the bathroom that she needs to go to the "bafroom". Seriously almost every time! She figured out how to get her shorts off by herself and I am constantly putting her diaper and shorts back on! She says "jove you" (I love you). She reminds me not to be on Lincoln's case too much because every time I say "Lincoln" in a tone that is even remotely stern, she YELLS "Yin-kon". When she wants you to pick her up, she says "hold you".

Moved to California

We moved to California. We arrived in May, after I graduated from law school. I took the California bar exam and am currently looking for work in business and/or law. Hopefully we can catch up on some of the fun things we have done since the bar exam ended. Our trips to Michigan and Idaho were both tons of fun. I posted a few of the family pictures from both of those trips. Hopefully more to come.

This was a fun picture we took. The "got corn?" shirts came from the University of Nebraska, but the reason it is particularly funny is because Kevin (Jessey's dad is a grain merchandizer (buying and selling grains)). We all thought it was really fun.

Kevin's job requires him to be on the phone a decent amount so this picture explains a lot.

Evening Trip to Sacramento Temple

We decided to head to take the kids to see the beautiful Sacramento Temple. The timing was great as the sun was setting and the weather was great!

Easter pictures and more

No time to talk. Must pack! Okay, we're not packing today since its Sunday (I love Sunday!!!), but there is no shortage of things to do. These pictures are all out of order, but I'll hopefully get to come back and explain everything after we are all settled in California. Wish us luck! (We really might need it to pull this off!)
