Wallet and Apple Pay mDL Developer Integrator Profile --> Profile Installation Failed

 
1. Open Safari on an iOS Simulator device
2. Download Wallet and Apple Pay mDL Developer Integrator Profile (Wallet Identity Developer) from https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/
3. Navigate to Settings > Downloaded Profile > Install
4. See error “Profile Installation Failed” “Defaults could not be set for an unexpected reason.”
