New Baby!

We had our little baby girl on January 17th. She was 7lbs 9oz and 21 inches long. She is so sweet and we all adore her. My sister-in-law was due the day after me and we joked that it would be funny if we had our babies the same day. Well she had her baby at 4:30 in the morning on the 17th and I had mine at 2:15pm on the 17th. It was a very exciting day! Here are a few pictures and more will come!

Merry Christmas

I have not been able to blog in a while because our computer decided to stop working. I have been doing projects for my nesting series and will give updates and pictures soon. I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

The Nesting Series

So I think every women goes through a time when they get tired of the decor around them or just tried that their house isn't organized. I have that feeling right now. It maybe because I am pregnant and have company coming to town in a few weeks, either way I want to do something about it. I have a small budget to get everything I want to do done. I thought I would do a series to track what I have done to show you all my plans. First project on my list was my small closet in the hall, which is my linen closet. I went to the dollar store and bought these cute little blue baskets. I found the labels online at Better Homes and Garden

After that I just put everything in its spot and here is the finished project.

First Day of School

Princess started her first day of school today. She is in the first grade this year! I thought it would be easy sending her off but it was hard just like the year before. Once we get into a schedule it will get easier just like the year before. I love this girl!

Waiting in Style

Little L is doing much better! Thanks for all the advice, prayers and kind words. It is nice to know you are not alone during crazy times. Crazy man is totally into super heroes. His life is all about super heroes. Because I like talking with my child I have learned all about super heroes too. Anyways princess takes the bus to school everyday and this is how crazy man likes to wait for the bus.
