Apple Fitness+ at a glance
When you subscribe to Apple Fitness+, you get access to a catalog of workouts, including Strength, Yoga, HIIT, Core, Cycling, and more. Workouts range from 5 to 45 minutes, and are for all levels. You can also participate in guided meditations designed to help you improve your overall sense of wellbeing.
If you have an Apple Watch, metrics—like heart rate and calories burned—are shared to your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV while you work out, and sync with your daily activity data when you finish a workout.
Note: Apple Fitness+ isn’t available in all countries or regions.
