See personalized recommendations in Apple Fitness+
In Apple Fitness+, you can get recommended activities based on your preferred activity types, trainers, durations, and music. You can also get suggestions based on workouts you complete in the Workout app on your Apple Watch, as well as your favorite apps that work with the Health app. Apple Fitness+ will even suggest new trainers and activity types to help you round out your routine. You can also view awards that track your progress, and view suggested activities to keep you motivated.
Browse recommended activities
In the For You tab, you can view a personalized selection of workouts and meditations.
Go to the Fitness app on iPhone or iPad, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.
Tap For You, then scroll to any of the following:
Recommended activities: Swipe left at the top of the screen to browse recommended workouts, meditations, or what’s up next if you have a Custom Plan.
Scroll down to view rows of recommended activities and swipe through them.

Mix It Up: Can suggest activities to balance your routine.
When you find an activity you want to try, tap it, then start the activity.
Browse your favorite activity types and trainers
Go to the Fitness app on iPhone or iPad, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.
Tap For You, then do any of the following:
View your favorite activity types: Scroll down to the Activity Types row, then tap an activity type to view all workouts in that category.
View your favorite trainers: Scroll down to the Your Trainers row, then tap a trainer to learn more about them and their activities.
Browse recently completed activities: Scroll down to the Recently Completed row, then tap an activity.
View Apple Fitness+ awards
You can earn awards in Apple Fitness+ to help you stay motivated.
Go to the Fitness app on iPhone or iPad, then (on iPhone) tap Fitness+.
Scroll down to the Awards row, then tap an award to learn more about its details.
When you view an award, you can browse suggested workouts to maintain your streak and earn your next award.
