This is one of my favorite pictures of Jesus Christ, it just shows what a gentle and loving man He is.
As I was sitting in Church yesterday I was really touched by a comment that was made, and it helped me to reflect again on why we are all here. It is because of our Savior Jesus Christ, he loved us so much that he gave his life for us. I get so caught up in the day to day routine that I forget why I am here and how blessed I am to be here and that I was blessed with such a wonderful family and such a beautiful place to live. I am so thankful for my husband and our parents, siblings, relatives, friends and for our three beautiful children, I don't know why I was lucky enough to be blessed with such a wonderful family and friends. I am also very grateful to all of the service men and women who are serving our country and who make it possible for us to enjoy the little things in life. As I was reflecting on Christ today I realized that I need to show my appreciation more and remember to strive harder to be more like our Savior Jesus Christ. He has blessed my life in so many ways and I want everyone to know that I believe in Him and that I know He lives and loves us all. I have had so many little angels in my life who have helped me through this past year, I could not have done it without them so a big thanks to all of you! This is the time of year that we need to really remember Christ and all He has done for us. I'm mostly writing this for myself because like I said earlier I get so caught up in life and I don't thank my Heavenly Father enough for all that I have been blessed with. I hope this season I will be able to help someone who is in need so that they too may have a wonderful Christmas season and know that we have a loving Heavenly Father. Merry Christmas to you all and I hope you all can take the time to remember why we are here.
