Little Stream Forest

I made Little Stream Forest as a backdrop for taking pictures but it can also be turned into a skybox.

I have purposely placed the little stream in the middle and made the middle part of the forest clear so that you could add your own camp there:)

Except for the base, everything else is set to phantom so that your avatar can move easier.

Logan Modern House

The Logan Modern House is a cute little modern home with only 20 land impact and 19 by 12.5. It is double storey and has an open bedroom upstairs.

I have added rezzers for easy positioning. I have also added optional landscapes which is 18 land impact.

Lily's Garden Border

This is one side of a walled garden border.

Lily's garden border is 12x5 and 44 land impact.

It has 2 Oak trees in Autumn leaves, a pond, and several seasonal flowers.

The plants are linked and phantom. I've made a rezzer box so that it will be easy for you to position the garden border. They are copy, mod, no transfer and mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

Lily's Spring

A small spring surrounded by cheerful orange lilies, purple irises and coleus, wild roses and a lilac tree.

This Water Lily Pond is 25 land impact and 6.5x6.5. It is copy, mod, no transfer and full mesh.

Fraser Mountain Cabin

Fraser Mountain Cabin is a 2-bedroom modern home. It has high ceilings and large windows for the best viewing and light.

The living area is spacious with very high ceilings. A sliding door leads to the back patio.

The kitchen and dining area is separate.

The dining area also leads out to the same back patio.

The bedroom on the ground floor has it's own patio. 

On the top floor is another bedroom and balcony.

Fraser Mountain Cabin is 25x23 and 73 land impact. I have also added optional landscaping for the entrance area which is 18 land impact. When linked, Fraser Mountain Cabin with the landscaping is land impact. They are copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. Some scripts are no mod.

I have made 2 rezzers, one without landscaping and one with.

This house is unfurnished.

Jasmine Courtyard House

I was thinking of romance when I build the Jasmine Courtyard House. Hence the pink building. The song Arabian Nights from Aladin was also running through my head. Hence the name of the building.

Jasmine Courtyard House is 186 land impact and has a 32x32 base. It has 2 separate staircases that leads up to the rooms and the pool area.

It has 4 rooms on the ground floor which are linked by tunnel-like passages and corridors.

The upper corridors are covered by trellises and with the foliages, I felt it is something like the Hanging Garden of Babylon. But with the Frangipanis, Roses, Lilies and Jasmine climbers, I can imagine the sweet smell that comes from the garden.

The plants are 132 land impact and optional. You might choose to put your own plants. The house and foliages adds up to 318 land impact.

I have put the house in a rezzer and a house and foliage version in another rezzer.

Note: Except for the Main Entrance Door, all other door are unscripted.

Farah Courtyard House

Farah Courtyard House is inspired by the traditional Morrocan house. It is a cosy private home which can also be turned into a skybox.

This house is 88 land impact and sits on a 32x32 base. There are 7 airy rooms, 4 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor.
I have added optional landscaping which is 92LI. There are climbing roses that flanks the stairs to the upper floor. There is a water lily pond with cascading water from pots and morning glories creeping up behind the water feature. There is also a little vegetable garden on the side.
The completed house is 180 land impact.

Aras Island House

This modern home is ready for summer.

It has separated living and dining areas on the lower floor and 3 bedrooms and a bath on the upper floor.

A swimming-pool if you don't like the sea.

A balcony at the back.

Spacious rooms.

Corridor upstairs.

If you love colourful leaves on plants, I have these lovely caladiums for you. Each is 1LI.

I also have these seasonal Oak Trees.

Autumn, Spring, Summer, Winter. There are 2 packs, one with static leaves and one with swaying leaves except Tree1 which is a one-unit tree.

Rachel Victorian House

The Rachel Victorian House is a double storey house with gable trimmings and verandah. It is 20x12 and 123LI.

I think one of the reasons I am sort of obsessed about this style is because of their gardens. This one is in full spring bloom as you can see! The landscaping is optional.

A little bit of editing as Moon waters the flowers!

Inside, there is only one bedroom on the upper level. The interior is open-spaced concept to minimize on the prim counts.

As a bonus, I have added a shorter version of the Rachel House which I called the Rachel Cottage. It is 98LI and 12x12 and without the side garden fences.

I have also added optional landscaping for the Rachel Victorian House. These are 60LI.
