i feel you tbh because i’m in basically the same situation w my job + not being good about eating enough to correct for the calories i burn at work, some days i’ll skip my vyvanse so i can actually like keep my appetite, but besides that lately i’m packing snacks + always bringing a drink with me + making sure i eat an actual meal on my break even if i think i’m not hungry, and on days where i get off around 5pm instead of 9pm i’ve been stopping by the store omw home for groceries so i’ll have stuff to eat and snack on afterwards
