Full Moon in Leo Sunday
Creative visualization: Use this time to tap into your creativity and imagine your desires coming to fruition.
Gratitude: Write down a list of things you’re grateful for, focusing on self-love and appreciation.
Fire ceremony: Light a candle or build a bonfire to symbolize the release of negative energy.
Affirmations: Repeat affirmations to yourself, focusing on themes such as confidence, courage, and leadership.
Dance: Let loose and dance under the moonlight to celebrate the energy of Leo and release any pent-up emotions.
Remember, the most important part of any ritual is to approach it with
intention and a clear mind. The objective is to connect with the energy
of the full moon and harness its power to manifest your desires.
Today Sunday, for me and for many, is a day of rest. A day like this is not just a day where you don’t work. It can also be a day when you rest from yourself. Almost all of us human animals live prisoners of a teaching that is tattooed on our souls: What you are seeing and living is reality. Resting is rather realizing where you live, something impossible due to its immensity. At the moment you read me, you are living in infinite space and eternal time. We have to accept that in this change that we call life and death, we will never be able to know the entire Universe. We will be ignorant to the core. The truly real world is so immense that we cannot even imagine it. Furthermore, it is very possible that we are not in a universe but in a few million universes. The only rest that remains for us today is to stop wanting to be eternal and infinite. So let us enjoy our immense littleness. Let’s not worry about anything, let’s live calmly in this second of life that what we call God grants us. For ephemeral every second of life is a precious diamond. Every moment we don’t need to work is a supreme gift. Today let thoughts dissolve in silence, feelings dissolve in peace, desires dissolve in the satisfaction of not wanting, vital needs dissolve in the acceptance of a peaceful death. Let’s be generous, for one day a week, let’s not make anyone work. Life is very short but enormously delicious. We have infinite dreams to build happiness.
