9-1-1 Bingo Rules
What is a Fandom Bingo?
A Fandom Bingo event is where you take a theme (in this case, 9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star) and create a grid of prompts in the layout of a bingo board. The goal is to fill the prompts in such a way where you get a traditional bingo (3 or 5 in a row, column, or diagonally), or to go even further and fill out every prompt and get a blackout board. To get your bingo board of prompts, you’ll fill out the sign-up form where you’ll choose from a list of categories to tailor the experience to your interests. From there, you’ll have until March 31st, 2024 to complete as many prompts as you can!
Age Requirements
🔹 Anyone under 18 will not be able to receive NSFW prompts on their cards. (Please be honest about your age. If we find out it is false on the sign-up form that is submitted, you will be banned from the event and from future events).
Prompt Fill Requirements
At minimum, your prompt fills should ascribe to the following requirements:
🔹 Fanfiction: 500 words
🔹 Poetry: 100 words
🔹 Fanart: 1 image
🔹 Photomanipulation: 1 image
🔹 Graphics: 1 image
🔹 Gifsets: 2 images
🔹 Moodboard: 4 images
🔹 Fanvideo: 1 minute
🔹 Fanmix: 10 songs + a cover
Posting Rules
🔹 Each square fill should be COMPLETE when posting. If your work is a multi-chapter fic, you do not need to post every chapter at once, however your work should be completed prior to posting Chapter 1.
🔹 All fills posted to AO3 must be put in the collection: 9-1-1 Bingo: Round 3
🔹 All fills posted to Tumblr should mention @911bingo. This is not a requirement, however we won’t necessarily be checking the tags with any sort of regularity. So if you want your works to be reblogged to @911bingo, make sure to @ us in the post!
🔹 All posts/fills should include mention of the bingo square prompt that your post is filling in the summary (for AO3) or somewhere above the cut for Tumblr.

🔹 At the end of the event, a master post must be posted of all your works. There will be a sample post closer to posting time. A google form will be available near the end of the event for you to submit links to your master post so we can include them in one final Event Round-Up at the end of this Bingo Round. Anyone who fills out this form will also receive event Completion Badges!
General Rules
🔹 Any 9-1-1 and 9-1-1: Lone Star ships/kinks/ratings are permissible as long as they are tagged accordingly.
🔹 You may create works based off of 9-1-1 and/or 9-1-1: Lone Star.
🔹 You must create a separate fill for each square - no doubling up!
🔹 Each card is 5x5 or 3x3 square (24 or 8 prompts plus a free space).
🔹 You may complete more than one card. When you have blacked out your first card, you may ask for a second card to be sent to you.
🔹 If you wish to replace squares on your card, requests can be made until July 31st for your first card. If you want more than 5 squares replaced, you will receive an entirely new card.
🔹 You may only request one remake per card.
🔹 There will be no kink or ship shaming of any kind. Let’s keep this a safe and fun space for everyone involved.
