Each portrait session is an adventure—we journey to your favorite location, some of my hidden faves based on years of experience and scouting, or tuck into the comfort of your own home. Then, we let loose and have fun in whatever surrounding makes you feel the most at home.

If it takes cracking a ridiculously cheesy joke to get kiddos to grin or me adjusting a flyaway strand of hair to help you feel comfortable and confident, I’m there to ensure you’re having a fun time and enjoying your experience.
As a mom of three boys and a KC photographer who has been in this industry for more than 10 years, I have a bag full of tricks and techniques to get young kids to cooperate or you to relax and feel at ease in front of the camera.
I strive to give you an incredible portrait experience. I will guide you through the preparations for the session to ensure that you feel excited and empowered to be yourself.

the lifestyle portraits package includes:
Up to 1 hour of coverage, so that we have plenty of time to get comfortable and shoot a variety of timeless images to choose from
One location where we’ll take full advantage of the unique characteristics of the location to capture a mixture of posed photographs and candid moments
Private online viewing gallery of your images which will be proofed and edited in my style of editing and available to you within two weeks from your session date*
The option to order additional artwork such as prints, gallery wall art, or albums directly from your online viewing gallery so that you can conveniently select from high-quality options and finally get those images on display
A USB drive with your high-resolution images
Full copyright release for printing plus my recommended list of print labs that will do your images justice
Tips on what to wear and the option to text me a picture of your outfit(s) plus guidance on how to prepare for a newborn or senior shoot, so that you’re confident that colors will complement one another, the session will run smoothly, and you will look and feel great in your photos
*Most portrait sessions end up with 50-60 high-resolution images. Your USB drive and online gallery will include choice images edited in my style of editing in addition to up to 5 for me to fully retouch, including skin adjustments, fixing flyaway hairs, removing distracting elements, and more. You can expect your images to be posted and ready for online viewing and ordering in about two weeks from your session.
